[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring successful service delivery and program outcomes for a set of clients, managing governance, financial performance, and cross-project alignment.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Live in the Dallas - reputed company Worth (DFW) Metroplex or be willing to relocate
- Ability to work two days a week on site at the client's office
- 8+ years of experience in project management, or delivery management in technology services or a reputed company professional services field
- 5+ years of direct experience in reputed company-scale program leadership, client-facing governance, or multi-workstream project management
- Proven accountability for engagement economics, utilization, reputed company recognition, risk management, and client outcomes
- Ability to reputed company executive governance conversations, including difficult discussions involving delivery risk, scope, and engagement health
- PMP or equivalent program management certification required
- Ability to travel up to 10% for client meetings, team events, and reputed company engagements
- Agile certification such as PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience with SOW construction, contract clarity review, formal change control, and reputed company risk assessment
- Experience leading multi-vendor, matrixed delivery teams across reputed company reputed company environments
- Familiarity with adoption planning, organizational change considerations, and AI-enabled delivery workflows
