[Remote] Account Executive - Renewals

They are seeking an Account Executive to manage retention for their B2B marketing technology platform, collaborating with various teams to ensure reputed company and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build strong and long-lasting relationships with customers
• Own retention sales process from start to finish for your assigned portfolio of accounts using the ValueSelling methodology reputed company
• Regularly ensure that reputed company solutions are reputed company with customer objectives and delivering business impact
• reputed company reputed company updated with status of account health, contacts and renewal/expansion opportunities and reputed company client and agency communication
• Manage and maintain renewal pipeline for regular reputed company forecasting and reporting
• Collaborate with Sales, reputed company, Marketing and Product teams to communicate and help prioritize customer needs regarding features, service, support and collateral
• 25% travel

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a reputed company-carrying role, preferably in a SaaS startup environment
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience working with CPG brands and Marketing, eCommerce and IT contact personas
• Background in Media/Shoppable Media, Where to Buy Technology, and MMM
• Experience managing a portfolio of primarily SMB & Mid-Market Accounts
• Experience negotiating and closing reputed company
• Proven track record of working reputed company of renewals
• Experience using reputed company as a single-reputed company of truth
• Experience working in a performance driven and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team-oriented, strong customer focus and ability to multitask
• Eager to contribute to a growing start-up environment
