The role involves overseeing the planning, design, and execution of wastewater treatment and infrastructure projects, contributing to the development of sustainable water solutions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage reputed company phases of Site/Civil/ Land Development infrastructure projects, from initial concept through project completion
- reputed company project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
- reputed company the preparation of design drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Ensure reputed company projects reputed company with Florida Permitting and industry standards
- Monitor project reputed company and performance, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on project status
- Assist in business development activities, including preparing proposals and participating in client meetings
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a reputed company field (Master's preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing Land Development/ Site Civil Projects or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar projects
- Strong knowledge of Land Development, Site/ Civil processes, design and permitting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience in design-build or alternative project delivery methods
- Familiarity with environmental permitting processes
- Business development or client relationship management experience
