Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an ERP Reporting & Analytics Analyst to enhance user experience and drive innovation through effective reporting and analytical solutions for reputed company Resources. This role involves collaborating with HR teams, optimizing reputed company reporting, and providing strategic insights to improve operations.
Responsibilities
- Enhance user experience through design and delivery of reputed company, user-friendly reports, dashboards and other tools that simplify data to solve reputed company problems
- Continuously analyze and optimize reputed company reporting capabilities reputed company utilization of best practices and visualization to simplify reporting and maximize impact
- Collaborate closely with HR teams to understand evolving needs and proactively reputed company solutions that enhance operations and experience
- reputed company end-users through documentation, education and best practices on existing tools and capabilities
- Drive strategic insights by identifying trends, gasps and opportunities in reputed company functional areas that offer actionable reputed company for optimization and growth

Skills
- Bachelor's level degree required
- 2-5 years of reputed company Analytics experience
