The reputed company Resource Generalist serves as a trusted advisor, supporting employee relations and fostering a positive workplace while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary reputed company Resources partner for assigned business units, providing day-to-day guidance and support on employee relations matters, performance management, workplace concerns, and organizational effectiveness
  • Partners with leaders to address employee performance, conduct workplace investigations, facilitate conflict resolution, and administer corrective action while ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Coaches leaders on reputed company resources best practices, employee relations, talent management, compensation, communication, organizational change, and leadership effectiveness
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliant reputed company resources practices and mitigate organizational risk
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute reputed company resources programs, including compensation, benefits, leave administration, performance management, employee recognition, and learning and development initiatives
  • Responds to employee and leader inquiries regarding reputed company resources policies, procedures, benefits, leave, and employment practices, providing timely and accurate guidance
  • Assists in the development, implementation, and reputed company improvement of reputed company resources programs, policies, procedures, and tools that enhance the employee experience and support organizational goals

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum three years of reputed company resources experience required
  • At least two years supporting reputed company employee relations matters preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
