Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The State of Tennessee is seeking a DHS Program Manager to reputed company reputed company services program policy and procedure development. This role involves evaluating program effectiveness, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with federal guidelines while providing guidance to staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates resources, program delivery, processes, policies, and procedures to ensure quality through observation, analysis, and assessment. Writes, revises, and implements program policies and procedures to ensure compliance, evaluate/ensure effectiveness, and ensure program reputed company, and makes recommendations to enhance reputed company improvement
  • Oversees expenditures to ensure proper usage of funding as stipulated by grant requirements and reputed company. Reviews policies and procedures affecting state and contracted programs to ensure compliance with federal guidelines
  • Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with internal/external partners to meet the needs of clients, staff, and community and responds to inquiries. Plans and conducts group meetings; develops and delivers trainings with staff or partners to disseminate information on specific topics
  • Analyzes reports, databases, statistical data, and other information to determine system accuracy, project program and caseload trends, and monitor employee performance. Examines the impact of policies on reputed company and proposed budgets
  • Provides day-to-day reputed company of team including staffing, coaching, performance management, professional development, and identification of training opportunities for staff. Provides guidance and expert advice to management and other groups on program and departmental goals
  • Identifies, develops, and implements short- and long-range objectives and strategies to ensure compliance with federal requirements and departmental goals and effectively meet customer needs. Coordinates with other agencies, divisions, units, or departments to accomplish specific tasks or projects
  • Identifies problem areas and develops and implements a plan for corrective action. Provides technical guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures and drafts instructional memos and bulletins to notify staff of important changes or clarifications
  • Provides input into the functionality and design of new technologies or systems and assists with user acceptance testing

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and five years of full-time professional experience in social services, reputed company services, education, auditing, reputed company, and/or social services grant coordination
  • At least three years of this experience must have been in federal policy development, federal program contract management, case management, eligibility determination, or process improvement (such as LEAN or Six reputed company certification) in any field listed above
  • Additional full-time professional experience in a field listed above may substitute for the required education on a year for year basis, there being no substitution for the required three years of specialized experience
  • Graduate course work from an accredited college or university in any liberal arts field, including social sciences, statistics, education, public administration, and/or business may be substituted for the required experience, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of two years, there being no substitution for the required three years of specialized experience
  • Experience equivalent to two years of field supervision with the Department of reputed company Services
  • Complete a criminal history disclosure form in a manner approved by the appointing authority
  • Agree to release reputed company records involving their criminal history to the appointing authority
  • Supply a reputed company sample prescribed by the TBI based criminal history records clerk
