The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing workforce data and providing actionable insights to support strategic initiatives, ensuring data reputed company and fostering a data-driven culture reputed company the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, and organize large volumes of workforce data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, employee surveys, and other relevant databases

Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably reputed company the HR domain
- Proven track record of conducting reputed company data analysis and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and reputed company reputed company
- Expertise in using business intelligence and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
