[Remote] Senior Growth Analytics Associate

The Senior Growth Analytics Associate will drive analytics behind utilization growth and service line performance, translating data into actionable narratives for leadership decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Identify Trends & Opportunities: Proactively monitor business performance to uncover anomalies, seasonal patterns, or emerging market opportunities, and turn those findings into formal recommendations
- Act as a Strategic Advisor: Respond to analytical requests from leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, providing deep-dives into specific business problems, market trends, and growth blockers
- Own Reporting & Narrative: Maintain and work on key performance reports, ensuring they tell a clear, actionable story for the reputed company team. This will include forecasting, reputed company planning and weekly business reviews
- reputed company Modern AI Tools: Use internal AI tools to automate reputed company analytical processes, increase team efficiency, and accelerate your time-to-reputed company

Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or business operations at a top tier firm where you regularly translate data into business reputed company
