[Remote] Account Executive, Client Services (Washington, DC)

The Account Executive in Client Services will reputed company client implementations, manage resources, and ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of therapeutic area of assigned account(s) and competitive environment as well as reputed company regulation implications
- Demonstrate knowledge of agency procedures, identify typical issues, and escalate appropriately
- Employ ability to modify core product reputed company plans to form custom project plans
- Evaluates deliverables against Project Briefs
- Show resourcefulness and thoroughness in supporting the development of tactical plans (including budgets and timelines)
- Provide accurate and thorough documentation: status reports, contact reports, timelines

- Synchronize communications between account teams, support teams, vendors, and clients

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of client services experience
- 1+ year of agency or pharmaceutical advertising experience
- Working knowledge of digital marketing
- Good working knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech industries and scientific communications
- Is proactive and results oriented, with a commitment to accountability
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally at reputed company levels reputed company the organization and with clients
- Proficiency in MS Office, reputed company, WebEx (or other similar systems)
