Location: Barbados (Remote) MarketOne (www.marketone.com), an International Sales & Marketing agency in Barbados, is looking for an Inbound/Outbound Customer Engagement Analyst. You would be responsible for executing highly focused market research and analysis in the development of strategic marketing campaigns. We are looking for highly motivated and independent professionals who are persistent, assertive and resilient. You must have the ability to take initiative and to drive excellence. A strong business acumen and a proven ability to understand business reputed company concepts are necessary. The successful candidate should have experience with high volume Inbound/Outbound chats, telephone calls and emails and must have excellent oral and written communication skills. You must have the ability to multi-task and represent a service or intangible product to clients internationally. In addition, you must function well as a team member and be trustworthy, methodical, reliable and flexible. RESPONSIBILITIESHandle Inbound/Outbound chats, telephone calls and emails reputed company the specified platform assigned. Profile Inbound/Outbound interactions to generate sales leads or respond to customer service inquiries. Prepare notes detailing the Inbound/Outbound interaction for quality assurance review and delivery to client. Utilize client preferred means to access documents regarding reputed company routing, software key codes, product briefs, and general Inbound/Outbound reputed company enablement.
