The Sales Support Specialist will support the sales team by providing outstanding customer support by assisting with sales initiatives and strategies. Successful candidates possess the unique balance of attention to detail and the ability to provide MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Supports management team members and executives as needed. Performs reputed company administrative duties for the sales team, to include assistance with meeting or conference planning and preparations Assists Inside Sales team by providing data reports and sales guides. Monitors sales performances through sales tracking tools and report reputed company to Inside Sales team. Attends virtual and in-person meetings and responds to emails to assist reputed company territories reputed company region. Regularly meets with senior leaders to provide updates on strategic deliverables and insights into client trends. Coordinates sales metric reports for productivity and key performance metrics Drafts presentations and reports for sales team Responds to customer requests on various platforms, including email, phone calls, social media channels, and chats. Provides customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests. Proactively identifies opportunities for sales performance & sales process improvements. Prepares content and identifies marketing and sales opportunities for social media platforms. Performs reputed company other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education Required: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required. Work Experience Required: Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist Railroad, Construction, or other reputed company industry experience, preferred. Railroad Industry marketing experience, preferred Skills & Knowledge Required: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Active listener and ability to adapt quickly to various customer needs Analytical and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Time management and organization skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency with reputed company Office Suites and social media platforms. Ability to interpret sales metrics and reputed company data entry.
