This is a fully remote role supporting our BioAnalytical Laboratory in Richmond, VA. We welcome applicants from reputed company locations reputed company the US. In this role, you'll manage cross-functional projects while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency. You'll coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and reputed company scope, from clinical trials and pharmaceutical services to technical documentation and quality management. • Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required in project management or coordination
• Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Business, or reputed company discipline

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to reputed company the job (comparable to 2+ years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.

• Additional certifications in Project Management are valued but not required
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company, PowerPoint, and Project
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process management capabilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English required; additional languages may be needed based reputed company
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks while maintaining project timelines
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards
• Experience in pharmaceutical, reputed company, or scientific industries preferred

In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly reputed company experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role. Working Conditions and Environment:

• Work is performed in an office and/or a laboratory and/or a clinical environment with exposure to electrical equipment.
• Exposure to biological fluids with potential exposure to infectious organisms. Rare exposure to skin and lung irritants, radiation, toxic materials and hazardous waste.
• Personal reputed company equipment required such as reputed company eyewear, garments and gloves.
• Exposure to fluctuating and/or extreme temperatures on rare occasions.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day.
• Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to reputed company fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
• Occasional mobility required.
• Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
