[Remote] QA Manager

They are seeking a QA Manager to reputed company their quality engineering function, ensuring high-quality releases while enabling rapid product innovation through collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, mentor, and grow a distributed QA team (onshore and nearshore)
- Establish clear expectations, career paths, and performance standards
- Foster strong team culture across time zones with effective async communication
- Manage reputed company planning, resource allocation, and vendor/partner relationships (if applicable)
- Define and implement a scalable QA strategy reputed company with product and engineering goals
- Drive a “quality ownership” reputed company across the technology organization
- reputed company test planning, execution, and defect management across multiple product areas
- Ensure consistent test coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing
- reputed company the expansion of test automation frameworks (UI, API, and integration)
- Partner with DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Continuously evaluate and improve tooling, frameworks, and test efficiency
- Partner with Engineering and Product to define acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Work closely with Customer Support/reputed company to identify and prioritize quality gaps
- Translate customer-impacting issues into actionable improvements
- Define and track key quality metrics (defect leakage, test coverage, cycle time, test cases etc.)
- Use data to drive reputed company and improve release confidence

- Share this data with other business stakeholders in the form of reports, presentations, or other deliverables as needed
Skills
- 6–10+ years of experience in QA, with 2–4+ years in a leadership role
- Experience leading distributed and/or nearshore QA teams
- Strong background in both reputed company and automated testing in SaaS environments
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, reputed company Actions, reputed company CI)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication skills, especially across time zones and cultures
- Experience managing vendor or nearshore partner relationships
- Exposure to performance and reputed company testing practices
- Background in scaling QA for high-growth or fast-moving product teams
- Experience aligning product quality with customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT)
- Experience in automated testing of winforms based applications
- Strong data analysis skills
