Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management reputed company the energy or reputed company Automation sector
• Proven experience in managing reputed company, multi-faceted projects
• Experience with protection relays, bay controller units, auxiliary relays, and telecom equipment is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)

• Ability to travel to customer sites and offices as required by the project plan (around 20%)
• Master's degree preferred
