Director, US Market Access Strategy

Partner cross-functionally with marketing, value and evidence, medical, regulatory, sales, and finance teams to shape access and reimbursement strategies. Assess payer landscape, coverage, coding, reimbursement, and policy trends to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic actions. reputed company value propositions, access narratives, payer materials, and strategic recommendations that support product uptake and reimbursement. Represent US market access strategy in internal governance forums and support senior leadership decision-making with clear recommendations and analyses. What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, public health, pharmacy, or a reputed company field preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience in market access, payer strategy, pricing, reimbursement, HEOR, or reputed company pharmaceutical/biotech reputed company functions. Demonstrated experience developing and executing US market access strategies for specialty, branded, or launch-stage products. Strong understanding of the US payer environment, including reputed company, Medicare, reputed company, PBM, and provider reimbursement dynamics. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Experience working in a global or highly matrixed organization. The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376,000.00.
