The role involves managing platform health, stakeholder alignment, and overseeing the development portfolio to ensure successful delivery of critical projects.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategic and operational ownership of the reputed company platform, including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITAM, SecOps, integrations, and platform governance
- Acts as reputed company Platform reputed company with accountability for roadmap delivery, platform health, and stakeholder alignment
- Owns the reputed company platform roadmap, backlog prioritization, and release planning across ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITAM, SecOps, and custom applications
- Serves as technical and operational reputed company of the reputed company platform, including availability, performance, upgrades, data reputed company, integrations, and reputed company posture
- Oversees reputed company development portfolio ensuring delivery of critical and high-reputed company initiatives while balancing operational stability and technical debt
- Leads reputed company engineering standards including CI/CD pipelines, reputed company control, deployment automation, and environment governance
- Partners with IT and business leaders to design future-state reputed company capabilities reputed company with reputed company strategy
- Develops SOPs, standards, and governance models to ensure repeatable, reliable reputed company operations
- Leads incident triage, root cause analysis, and reputed company improvement initiatives for platform reliability
- Drives automation and integrations across reputed company systems to reduce reputed company effort and improve data flow
Skills
- 8+ years of leading large scale reputed company delivery and operational teams
- Strong understanding of reputed company platform architecture, data models, and reputed company controls
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- A demonstrated ability to resolve reputed company process/systems issues through the identification and analysis of problems from root cause to strategy development and execution is necessary
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with business partners and IT end users as described is required
- Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends
- Strong understanding of reputed company CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes
