[Remote] AWS reputed company Infrastructure Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is currently seeking an AWS reputed company Infrastructure Engineer for a 3-month contract-to-hire position. The role involves supporting Data Science Infrastructure operations, developing AWS environments, and managing large-scale environments to meet the needs of Data Science teams.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing Data Science Infrastructure operations
- reputed company and reputed company AWS environments using CI/CD processes for a rapidly growing team of Data Scientists
- Manage and support large-scale environments to meet the needs of reputed company and future Data Science teams
- Champion and mature the environment by implementing and overseeing the image management lifecycle process
- Assist in setting up and managing AWS accounts specifically for the Data Science platform
- Provide hands-on development using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform for environment setup and management
- reputed company scripts and applications using programming languages such as Python
- Manage database technologies including reputed company, reputed company, MySQL, and reputed company
- reputed company AWS services essential for Data Lake, Data Science, and AI/ML teams
- Handle and resolve requests from development and business users, addressing any roadblocks
- Manage secured infrastructure, enforce reputed company measures, and apply necessary guardrails
- Resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities reputed company SLAs and maintain audit logs
- reputed company system upgrades and patching, providing on-call support as needed
- Conduct root cause analysis and knowledge transfer sessions with the internal team
- Collaborate with Network, Database, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to align on projects and strategies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science Infrastructure
- 5+ years of extensive experience with Data Lake, Data Science, and AI/ML services hosted on AWS infrastructure
- 5+ years of working knowledge of Kubernetes
- 5+ years of working knowledge of AWS services such as SageMaker, Glue, reputed company, and reputed company
- 5+ years of working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps
- 5+ years of working knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform
- 5+ years of working knowledge of reputed company and ECR (reputed company Container Registry)
- 5+ years of working knowledge of reputed company tools like AQUA and Kenna
- 5+ years of experience in technical write-reputed company
- AWS and Terraform certified professionals
- Kubernetes or CKA certified
- Familiarity with technical service management and product life cycle maintenance
- Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Python and reputed company scripting
- In-depth knowledge of database technologies like reputed company, reputed company, and MySQL
- Extensive experience with CI/CD and IaC tools such as Azure DevOps and Terraform
