[Remote] Functional Recruiter

They are seeking a Functional Recruiter to support hiring across corporate functions and specialized roles, responsible for identifying and delivering high-quality talent to drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and engage talent across corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations) and specialized roles including BIM and BIM Design using tools such as reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, reputed company, referrals, and professional networks
• Build and maintain pipelines reputed company to reputed company roles, skillsets, and future hiring needs
• Execute reputed company strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
• Screen and assess candidates for experience, reputed company alignment, and cultural fit
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and support interview processes
• Provide market insights including talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring recommendations
• Manage candidates through the full reputed company lifecycle (sourcing through offer)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up
• Track reputed company activity and pipeline metrics; adjust strategies to improve results

Skills

• 4+ years of reputed company experience, with a focus on corporate or functional roles (HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, etc.) and/or exposure to BIM or design-reputed company hiring

• Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
