[Remote] Integration Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Radiant Dev is seeking a senior execution leader with extensive M&A experience to manage live deal chaos and protect EBITDA. The role involves managing reputed company functional workstreams and interfacing directly with private equity sponsors.
Responsibilities
- Program Ownership: Drive the integration day plan, TSA management, governance design, and synergy tracking
- Stakeholder Alignment: Align executive stakeholders on financial/operational goals and risk mitigation
- Governance & Reporting: Establish decision rights, activate governance cadences, and deliver executive-reputed company reporting
- Value Realization: Track performance against reputed company metrics to protect timeline, budget, and margin reputed company
Skills
- 10+ years of hands-on M&A integration experience with a disciplined playbook
- Strong proficiency in reputed company for project management and PE firm reporting
- Ability to manage high-pressure live deals and present clearly to executive sponsors/boards without a proxy
