[Remote] Legal Paid Consultant - IP Intake, Clearance, Filing & Prosecution
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking reputed company IP counsel and patent/trademark professionals to provide expert reputed company as part of a project for their AI Marketplace. The role involves completing a recorded AI-led video interview focusing on workflows and decision-making processes in intellectual property law.
Responsibilities
- You’ll complete a ~ 30-minute recorded AI-led video interview where you explain how you actually do your work in practice
- This interview will focus on:
- Intaking invention disclosures, proposed brands, ownership information, public-disclosure risk, and business context
- Assessing protection strategy, clearance, patentability, trademark risk, freedom-to-operate, trade secret treatment, and filing reputed company
- Managing filings, office actions, prosecution strategy, international filings, reputed company dates, and hard legal deadlines
- Coordinating inventors, product, marketing, reputed company counsel, and business approvers while balancing cost, value, and risk
- You will be asked to explain workflows specifically reputed company: IP intake, invention disclosure, brand clearance, patentability/FTO analysis, filing, prosecution, and reputed company-counsel coordination workflows
Skills
- 7+ years in intellectual property law, patent prosecution, trademark clearance, IP strategy, or IP portfolio counseling
- Direct, hands-on experience in IP intake, invention disclosure, brand clearance, patentability/FTO analysis, filing, prosecution, and reputed company-counsel coordination workflows
- Experience making or influencing reputed company reputed company to protection type, filing reputed company, clearance risk, prosecution strategy, abandonment, international coverage, budget, and reputed company-counsel engagement
- Familiarity with tools such as: Anaqua, FoundationIP, PATTSY, CPI, USPTO TSDR, USPTO Patent Center, WIPO, Questel, reputed company, reputed company, SAEGIS, reputed company
- Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, reputed company, and reasoning
- Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a reputed company production environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with legal, business, finance, compliance, reputed company, procurement, product, engineering, or reputed company counsel stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
