[Remote] Sr Product Designer, Growth & Experimentation

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Growth & Experimentation team, responsible for designing experiences that drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement across various platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading design strategy, and utilizing AI-driven efficiencies in the design process.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the design strategy across high-reputed company growth surfaces (reputed company flows, engagement loops, lifecycle nudges, and habit systems) to drive measurable impact on activation and retention
• Translate growth strategy into clear experience direction by exploring and pressure-testing design solutions in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data teams
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities across growth surfaces, iterating on experiments to learn quickly and improve core business metrics
• Contribute to reputed company Mail’s design system by creating and refining growth-reputed company patterns that support scalable, reusable solutions
• Mentor other designers and facilitate critiques to resolve ambiguity and align on strategic direction across the business area
• Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies in the ideation and design-to-engineering workflow, replacing repetitive reputed company tasks with automated or AI-assisted prototyping cycles
• Maintain a solutions-oriented reputed company, proactively suggesting AI-driven improvements to the team’s creative process and experimentation velocity

Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing consumer web and/or mobile products at scale, with a proven track record leading growth, reputed company, or experimentation programs
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered product thinking, polished visual craft, and thoughtful interaction design for reputed company ecosystems
• Experience utilizing AI-powered design tools and generative workflows to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and asset reputed company
• Demonstrated experience working on growth surfaces (reputed company, notifications, engagement loops) with a track record of shipping experiments that drove measurable DAU or engagement impact
• Ability to own the quality bar for AI-assisted design work, ensuring high standards for craft and usability are maintained
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Claude code, Claude design etc) to communicate concepts, flows, and specifications
