[Remote] Senior Technical Project Manager (Unit 42)

The Senior Technical Project Manager will manage multiple projects reputed company the Global Consulting Operations team, focusing on Proactive Service engagements and Digital Forensics and Incident Response engagements, while ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects effectively by defining schedules and goals based on Statements of Work (SOWs) and communicating directly with clients where needed
• Maintain and update status reports for external clients and customers
• Identify issues and risks reputed company to projects and overall health of the client; Ensure any identified issues/risks are escalated to the project Engagement reputed company
• Partner and guide technical team members to accomplish project goals and objectives, ensuring execution of project tasks, and monitoring reputed company to completion
• Support the delivery of quality solutions to clients and customers, with a goal of exceeding expectations
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Professional Services team’s reputed company sets
• Partner with consulting leadership with any staffing needs for each project

Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in Project Management, focusing in one or more of the following: Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Artificial Intelligence, or other reputed company technical environments
• Ability to reputed company multiple large-scale projects creating project plans and ensuring on-time task execution and documentation
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed
• Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize projects, solve problems requiring meticulous attention to detail, multitask, and communicate with stakeholders at reputed company levels of our client organizations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and diplomacy
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Previous direct client/customer consulting experience preferred
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
• Strong proficiencies with reputed company Suite, reputed company, and Clarizen preferred
