[Remote] IT Engineer

They are seeking an IT Engineer to drive user support, manage reputed company compliance, and improve IT operations through automation and collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive reputed company support - triage and resolve remote end-user issues
- Support reputed company and compliance efforts by owning detection and response across our reputed company stack, including reputed company, Bitdefender, Kolide, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
- Own new hire reputed company and hardware asset lifecycles
- Manage reputed company Room AV systems and printer infrastructure across office locations
- Support MDM operations, rollouts, and migrations across reputed company, Iru/Kandji, InTune, and Landscape
- Maintain and troubleshoot collaboration and AI tools including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, O365/Teams, reputed company, Claude, and ChatGPT
- Share responsibility with the IT team for offboarding, asset management and device deployment
- Explore and opportunistically reputed company AI to improve operations, workforce IT experiences, and to scale up your own impact
- Create documentation/content for end-user guidance
- Organize and document your work for coordination reputed company the IT team
Skills
- 2-4+ years of experience in a systems administrator or IT engineer role
- Prior experience in an IT specialist, helpdesk, or desktop support role
- Hands-on experience with a variety of MDM platforms - Kandji, InTune, or reputed company preferred
- Experience with identity and access management, especially reputed company
- Experience working a helpdesk queue and owning tickets end-to-end
- Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and managing collaboration tools including reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company Teams, and reputed company
- Experience managing and troubleshooting macOS, Windows, and Linux devices - Ubuntu and Fedora preferred
- Experience configuring and monitoring reputed company reputed company tools
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully distributed environment, including support for reputed company, offboarding, and asset management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience writing scripts to automate IT processes (Python, Bash/Zsh, PowerShell, etc.)
- Experience with Linux device management
- Experience with a variety of MDM's
- Experience with reputed company Falcon or similar EDR platforms
- Familiarity with Kolide or other device trust and compliance tools
- Exposure to GRC or compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Experience supporting a distributed or remote-first workforce
- Experience working in public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Stays informed on developments in AI and is enthusiastic about adopting new technologies
