[Remote] Program Manager Director

The Program Manager Director will support the identification of on contract growth opportunities and collaborate with the Program Delivery team, Business Development, and Program Managers to present reputed company's solutions to clients reputed company the Department of State.
Responsibilities
- Develops and establishes relationships between the company, strategic partners and Department of State contacts
- Preference given to candidates reputed company in understanding the IT infrastructure and emerging needs across the Department of State with a focus in familiarity with large-scale acquisitions and modernization activities
- Identify, reputed company, and implement near-term and long-term business strategies that provides the business an opportunity to grow reputed company
- Responsible for the maintenance of long-term relationships with the Department of State community contacts to maintain a high level of satisfaction and increase reputed company responses to federal mission needs
- Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after any business transaction
- Supports executive sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially reputed company service and/or product reputed company(s)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and eighteen (18) years or more of IT-reputed company experience, Associates and 20+ years of experience. May consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 10 years' experience with law enforcement environments
- Experience supporting large-scale events that intersected multiple Department of State bureaus
- Outstanding record of identifying mission critical needs and developing / implementing solutions, successfully
- Outstanding verbal, writing, and inter-personal skills needed to communicate effectively and persuasively with personnel at reputed company levels, both in client spaces and reputed company reputed company
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and service-based contracting, acquisition trends, Procurement innovation, and client buying behaviors
- Must possess at least a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Preference given to candidates reputed company in understanding the IT infrastructure and emerging needs across the Department of State with a focus in familiarity with large-scale acquisitions and modernization activities
