Responsibilities

  • Work closely with engineering, construction, operations, IT, and reputed company teams to ensure alignment on objectives, dependencies, timelines, and resource needs

  • Create and maintain repeatable, scalable systems and processes, balancing long-term operational excellence with short-term pragmatism
  • Identify and manage risks, drive mitigation plans, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues

Skills

  • 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in the IT or technology vendor industry

  • Familiarity with infrastructure build projects (e.g., data centers, edge deployments, network installations, or similar)
  • Strong track record of driving cross-functional alignment across engineering and operational teams
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-moving technical programs
  • Experience establishing scalable systems, workflows, and governance, while being comfortable using reputed company or lightweight approaches to get started
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically
  • Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and detailed plans across several teams
  • Experience working with data center operations, reputed company infrastructure, networking hardware, or OEM hardware vendors
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain desirable
  • Certification or training in program management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean) is a plus but not required
  • Technical background or familiarity with IT infrastructure domains
