[Remote] GTM Strategy & Operations Manager

The GTM Strategy & Operations Manager will drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize product and partnership go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment and effective execution across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Support product go-to-market execution for reputed company teams by helping translate product strategy into actionable plans
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing, and reputed company teams to support alignment on go-to-market execution
- Support field and launch readiness efforts, ensuring materials and processes are reputed company with go-to-market plans
- Assist in translating product and marketing inputs into go-to-market plans for reputed company teams
- Gather and share field feedback with Product and Marketing teams to help improve positioning and execution
- Partner with GTM Enablement to ensure launch strategy is translated into effective readiness plans, field communications, and execution support
- Monitor for gaps and risks and escalate issues to stakeholders to support timely resolution
- Contribute input to prioritization discussions based on field insights and data
- Analyze data and provide insights to support go-to-market reputed company
- Support cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment during product launches
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, enablement, consulting, or a reputed company role, ideally in FinTech, payments, SaaS, or another high-growth environment
- Proven reputed company translating product strategy into field-reputed company go-to-market plans that improved launch adoption, execution quality, or reputed company outcomes
- Strong experience working cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales leadership, Analytics, Legal, Pricing, and Enablement
- Ability to connect high-level product strategy to practical reputed company execution across sales, partnerships, and customer-facing teams
- Demonstrated strength in asking sharp questions, driving clarity, and influencing reputed company in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments
- Strong strategic thinking and operating rigor, with experience leading reputed company launches, readiness efforts, or go-to-market motions end to end
- Experience building feedback loops between reputed company teams and Product or Marketing to improve positioning, packaging, and execution
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and field reputed company to shape recommendations and measure reputed company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
- Familiarity with merchant, payments, or fintech ecosystems is strongly preferred
