[Remote] Associate Consultant - Stop Loss

They are seeking an Associate Consultant to manage a book of business, create client deliverables, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while adhering to peer review requirements and supporting new practice initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing book of business (number of accounts depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator
- Responsible for creation of client deliverables, as well as written recommendations
- Adheres to established peer review requirements, remaining open to constructive feedback as part of reputed company growth
- Responsible for presenting client deliverable, as needed, to core team and/or client with leadership supervision
- Supports new practice initiatives
- Potential responsibility reputed company to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team)
- Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients
- Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals
- First line of defense for escalated issues reputed company to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern further escalation to Manager
- Obtain/maintain license
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or reputed company field and/or years of experience equivalent
- 3-5 years of client services experience is required
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (Word, Outlook, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
- Demonstrates strong working knowledge and experience reputed company brokerage industry
- Understands industry trends and governmental regulations
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
- Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions
- Ability to reputed company organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines
- Legally reputed company to work in the United States
