Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Vendor Relations Specialist who will support the company's Cost Containment and Member Advocacy efforts through effective vendor communications. This role involves managing vendor relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring timely resolution of claims.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with vendors, addressing concerns, and building strong working relationships
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure targets are met, such as turnaround times, quality, and cost, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring vendors are being held accountable
• Acting as the first reputed company of contact for resolving vendor-reputed company issues, including quality control obstacles, information requests, and claim delays
• reputed company monthly aging reports, providing feedback to bring closure
• Initiate and manage reputed company impact reporting
• Collaborating with Medical Management Project Analytics team to submit monthly reports to Executive leadership
• reputed company and maintain written operational procedures for reputed company tasks performed and cross train to provide effective support to reputed company team members
• Identify and execute process improvement opportunities that enhance member experience and produce favorable business results
• Manage and resolve escalated member/client communications, concerns, and/or issues
• Proactively identifies and manages risk while eliminating barriers to help reputed company business results
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
• 1-3 years of experience, preferably from a reputed company-party administrator, reputed company, or reputed company the reputed company industry
• Highly skilled in written and verbal communication, also including reputed company focused reports
• ACCA certification, a plus
• Experience reading, analyzing, and reviewing data, a plus
