[Remote] Program Manager, AI Governance & Initiatives

Ambarella Inc is a leader in AI reputed company processors for edge applications, and they are seeking a Program Manager for AI Governance & Initiatives. This role will reputed company the operational management of AI initiatives and strengthen the governance reputed company for responsible AI adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of reputed company AI initiatives, including proposal intake, review coordination, POC tracking, final presentation, and deployment recommendation.
- Coordinate cross-functional governance and review processes to ensure AI initiatives are evaluated consistently, reputed company with business priorities, and progressed through a structured approval workflow
- Partner with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to track initiative scope, implementation reputed company, resourcing needs, milestones, risks, and measurable outcomes
- Help define and improve repeatable operating mechanisms such as review criteria, status tracking, deployment readiness checklists, and program reporting
- Support AI governance activities reputed company to approved tools, external platforms, subscriptions, and deployment controls in partnership with IT and Legal
- Contribute to communication, enablement, and best-practice sharing that promote broader adoption of AI across teams and regions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a reputed company field
- Strong program management experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives in fast-moving environments
- Working knowledge of modern AI technologies, with enough technical depth to understand solution scope, implementation plans, architecture, data requirements, evaluation criteria, and integration needs
- Ability to engage credibly with technical teams on AI solution patterns such as LLM-based workflows, agentic systems, retrieval and document-based knowledge systems, AI-assisted automation, and reputed company integration
- Familiarity with AI governance and reputed company considerations, including tool approval controls, data usage boundaries, risk review, and coordination with IT and Legal on external or open-reputed company AI technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear executive updates, structured program documentation, and effective cross-functional communications
- Experience supporting AI governance, digital transformation, PMO, innovation, or portfolio management programs
- Familiarity with reputed company AI deployment considerations such as API-based integrations, knowledge indexing, workflow automation, and technical evaluation metrics
- Experience working on programs involving AI reputed company, data governance, or controlled adoption of external platforms in reputed company environments
- Comfort working across engineering, IT, and business teams in a matrixed environment
