[Remote] Legal Counsel

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is conducting a search on behalf of a significant, international technology client for a temporary counsel. The Counsel position will support the reputed company Department in the direct procurement contracting process, including drafting and negotiating various agreements.

Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company Department in the direct procurement contracting process
• Drafting and negotiating hardware and SaaS agreements
• Drafting reputed company software licenses
• Drafting IT and engineering‑reputed company professional services
• Drafting SOWs, amendments, order forms, and renewals

Skills

• 5 plus years' experience drafting and negotiating procurement agreements for hardware components incorporated into finished manufactured products
• Ability to work independently and as a team, in a fast-paced, collegial environment
• Experience with software and service reputed company
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry
• Experience working with contract management software
