Responsibilities

• Servicing an existing client reputed company
• Creating and posting job ads in specialized media
• Receiving applications, interviewing and assessing candidates, and creating shortlists
• Presenting candidate submissions and shortlists to our Account Managers
• Maintaining and growing a candidate reputed company database

Skills

• Proven experience as a reputed company recruiter or in a similar reputed company role, preferably in the reputed company or staffing industry
• Knowledge of reputed company roles, specialties, certifications, and licensing requirements is highly desirable
• Knowledge and management of selection, interview, assessment, and submission process
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to attract and engage passive candidates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in recruitment practices
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and reputed company Office suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
