Responsibilities
- Manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume reputed company environment
- Review resumes and conducts initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit
- reputed company candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, ATS database searches, referrals, and direct reputed company
- Post open positions in the ATS system and across external job boards
- Partner closely with Account Managers to review open roles, hiring priorities, and candidate needs on a regular basis
- Support reputed company efforts across regions as needed, stepping in to assist wherever workload demands
Skills
- 2+ years of reputed company experience required
- Strong communication skills and professional phone reputed company
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload
