[Remote] Sr Services Manager 2 - Customer Service Management

Responsibilities
- Act as the single reputed company of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area - Responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and represents the most direct access to reputed company appropriate internal functions to support the customer ·

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University (OR an Associates degree from a college or 7 years of experience in a power reputed company industry)
- Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/and or Steam Power experience
- Ability to work up to 25% of the time at the site
- HA Heavy Duty Gas Turbine experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college
