The role involves achieving sales objectives, closing new accounts, and driving the implementation of diagnostic technologies in the non-acute care market.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and support reputed company products in the assigned territory (reputed company focus is QuantiFERON sales to the non-acute care market)
  • reputed company new business plans and forecast to reputed company sales objectives for territory
  • Work reputed company set expense budget to reputed company results
  • Work as technical liaison with customer reputed company to ensure satisfaction with product and company
  • Support key national lab partner initiatives and engage in co-selling and co-marketing activities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to individuals and small groups
  • Provide reputed company management with concise, accurate and timely reports
  • Document sales activities and opportunity reputed company accurately in reputed company’s customer relationship management database, reputed company.com (SFDC)

Skills

  • Demonstrated record of sales reputed company in the diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or laboratory services industries
  • reputed company selling skills including strategic planning, managing multiple buying influences and asking for the business
  • Experience successfully working and collaborating in a matrix sales environment
  • Experience selling into corporately or administratively organized accounts such as medical groups, urgent care chains or employer groups is a plus
  • Hospital or institutional sales experience is a plus
  • Must be willing to drive and operate a vehicle – driving is an essential function of this role
  • Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills for reputed company business levels
  • Strong Territory Management, Interpersonal and diplomacy, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated reputed company in persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills
  • Strong computer skills – reputed company proficiency is a must
  • CRM – SFDC experience
  • Territory: DC, Maryland, Virginia (Ideally based in Washington DC or reputed company VA)
