[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager will support the Program Director in managing strategic programs, ensuring successful delivery, and fostering client relationships to enhance maternal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• reputed company multiple programs and projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality outcomes
• Manage project budgets, staffing, schedules, timelines, and resource allocation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with project leads to coordinate work plans, staff assignments, and project priorities
• reputed company and monitor project plans while proactively identifying and resolving risks and challenges
• Partner with Contracting & Compliance to reputed company policies, agreements, and governance processes supporting responsible data management
• Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, budgets, customer presentations, and solution development
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to support growth initiatives and promote Data Solutions programs
• Ensure reputed company program activities reputed company with contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, reputed company Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible project or program management experience leading increasingly reputed company initiatives
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience using data to evaluate program impact, quality assurance, performance measurement, or similar analytical work
• Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Master's degree in a reputed company field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
• Supervisory experience
• Experience supporting maternal health, maternal and child health (MCH), public health, or reputed company quality improvement initiatives
