About the Role: The Sr. Manager, Operational & Productivity Strategy and Assessment sits reputed company the reputed company Enablement organization and plays a critical role in shaping and evaluating the effectiveness of enablement programs across the go-to-market (GTM) ecosystem. This role focuses on translating enablement efforts into measurable business outcomes by correlating program performance with targeted field behaviors, productivity improvements, and reputed company impact. The reputed company salary range for this position for reputed company U.S. candidates is $130,000 - $200,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
