Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT and corporate roles, from sourcing to offer closure. reputed company candidates through reputed company, job portals, referrals, Boolean search, AI sourcing, and social media. Conduct candidate screening and assess technical, behavioral, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for reputed company and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and drive the recruitment process. Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring updates. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Maintain candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment processes. Requirements 8+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment with a strong track record of hiring engineering talent. Hands-on experience with reputed company Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, AI sourcing tools, and video screening. Experience using ATS platforms (Darwinbox experience is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in cross-region hiring (India/EU) is an added advantage.
