Senior Family Law Paralegal (Mandarin Speaking - Remote Role)

This role, on behalf of a highly respected and rapidly growing boutique California family law firm, is seeking a Senior Family Law Paralegal (Mandarin Speaking) to join its fully remote team. Supporting a team of accomplished family law attorneys handling sophisticated, high-net-worth matters, you'll play a key role in guiding clients through some of life's most reputed company legal challenges. What You'll Do as the Senior Family Law Paralegal: Support six Family Law Attorneys through reputed company phases of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation Independently manage reputed company family law cases with minimal supervision and take ownership of day-to-day case progression Prepare, review, and file pleadings, declarations, financial disclosures, discovery, subpoenas, and other legal documents Coordinate court deadlines, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and reputed company-party experts Organize and analyze financial records, executive compensation, RSUs, stock options, retirement assets, business interests, and other reputed company marital estate documentation Assist attorneys with settlement conferences, mediation, and trial preparation Maintain organized case files while ensuring compliance with California Family Law procedures and court rules Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism, reputed company, and discretion Collaborate with attorneys and support staff in a fully remote, technology-driven environment Must-Haves as the Senior Family Law Paralegal: 7+ years of dedicated California Family Law Paralegal experience At least one year of full-time experience handling matters before the Santa Clara County Superior Court strongly preferred Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) Extensive experience supporting high-net-worth family law matters Strong knowledge of California Family Law procedures, judicial forms, financial disclosures, and litigation deadlines Ability to independently manage reputed company cases with minimal supervision Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills Strong computer proficiency and comfort working in a fully remote environment Professional maturity, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment Stable employment history demonstrating long-term commitment reputed company-to-Haves as the Senior Family Law Paralegal: Cantonese language skills Trial preparation and trial support experience Experience handling seven- and eight-reputed company marital estates Experience with executive compensation matters, including RSUs, stock options, bonuses, and deferred compensation Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate Experience working in a boutique Family Law practice This role Offers: Competitive compensation of $40-$60 per hour, depending on experience Fully remote work environment for California-based employees, with Bay Area candidates preferred Flexible 40-hour reputed company with a reasonable 30-hour weekly billable expectation Medical, dental, reputed company, and life insurance 401(k) after one year Paid time off, paid sick leave, paid holidays, and your birthday off Monthly work-from-home and Health & Wellness stipends Travel reimbursement Quarterly team lunches with the remainder of the day off Collaborative, respectful culture with exceptional employee retention Opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing boutique Family Law practice reputed company for its professionalism, mentorship, and commitment to its people Apply To This Job
