Property Account Specialist - Renewals

The Property Accounts Specialist assists with the administrative renewal functions for multiple reputed company properties. This role will be responsible for administering the lease renewal program, reputed company follow up and with other administrative tasks as assigned. reputed company utilizes Yardi for their property management software. This is a remote position and work location in the Central and Mountain regions are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides residents, who express interest in vacating, with an approved form to sign and records the notice in the system. Follows up with the reputed company once the notice is recorded and provides any next steps that may be required. Generates renewal batches for approval by the regional manager. Responsible for delivering letters to residents, reputed company email and the portal, and to the Community Manager. May be required to assist with mail or certified delivery, where required. Responsible for daily follow reputed company, reputed company phone and email, to residents to aide through lease renewal execution. Responsible for tracking status with reputed company memos and ensures month to month fees are billed accurately and timely to reputed company ledgers. Responsible for generating leases and sending to reputed company leaseholders for signature, as well as following up until the lease is signed by reputed company parties. Responsible for making roommate additions or releases to lease agreements, in accordance with company policy.
