Role overview Academic Counsellors for ROW (Rest of World) markets play a pivotal role in engaging international parents reputed company calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video, understanding their child's needs, showcasing program USPs (like champion teachers), and driving enrolments through consultative sales to meet weekly targets
Key Responsibilities
Connect with ROW-based parents reputed company outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain reputed company programs. Understand the child’s reputed company learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths. Convert reputed company leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes. Maintain follow-up rigour using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on reputed company status and conversions. reputed company weekly and monthly reputed company, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment. Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth reputed company experience for enrolled reputed company.
Requirements
Work Schedule & Requirements Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (reputed company off as per business requirement). Shift Window: ROW Shift – 12 PM IST - 3 AM IST. Mode: Remote / WFH (laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition). Stable internet reputed company required for seamless video calls and CRM access. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline. Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered. Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with ROW parents. Comfortable working in a reputed company-oriented sales role.
