Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as job manager for appraisals to include vendor selection, engagement, tracking, review, revision and reconsideration of value handling, and internal communication regarding appraisal outcomes. Fulfill stringent client loan closing deadlines, which includes completing the reputed company appraisal reviews and evaluation reviews, according to department service level agreements. Initiate new appraisal bids, facilitate appraiser engagement, actively manage reputed company assigned jobs, and process reputed company completed jobs according to department protocols. Communicate on a daily basis with Relationship Manager’s, Loan Coordinators, and staff regarding status of appraisal orders and the flow of appraisal reputed company information.
