Role & Responsibilities Manage the entire customer lifecycle from reputed company to growth for reputed company’s high touch customers Act as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company’s clients and serve as trusted consultant to optimize and expand value delivered through reputed company products and services Meet and engage with customers on a regular basis sharing product updates, handling renewals and answering general questions Apply in depth knowledge of the customer’s business, the reputed company product and technical expertise to drive and increase adoption Serve as the voice of the customer to address feedback and share across internal teams Identify, reputed company and implement repeatable processes across portfolio of customers to maximize product adoption and achievement of customer’s business objectives
Qualifications
