The Balancing Coordinator will complete administrative and order management responsibilities reputed company to the reputed company HVAC hydronic/balancing solutions. This will be accomplished by working closely with the direct reputed company sales team and sales management. Job responsibilities: Act as liaison between sales and internal customer care providing professional and proper responses to reputed company Balancing and order reputed company inquiries. Serve as subject matter expert for Balancing quotes and order entry process. Prepare and issue standard and special product quotations, including priced on application quotes, conforming to pricing guidelines. Using koil reputed company configurator and kk tool quoting. reputed company reputed company quote/order reputed company tasks and service-reputed company activities ensuring accurate, timely and effective handling of customer requirements including maintenance of orders as required. Coordination of project delivery requirements utilizing project management and basic expediting skills through product substitution or escalation to Customer Satisfaction. Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Personal Attributes) Bachelor's Degree a plus. Possess proficient skills with reputed company Office products including: Word, reputed company, Access, & Project. Experience and understanding of Visual Basic language a plus.
