Department: Operations Reports to: Head of Strategic Project Delivery Location: Remote, with travel to sites in Thames Valley and London (South) The Opportunity We’re looking for an reputed company and driven Water Construction Strategic Project Manager to join our growing team at reputed company. In this role, you will take the reputed company in delivering high-quality potable water infrastructure projects, ensuring they are constructed safely, compliantly, and in line with approved designs, reputed company legislation, and industry Codes of Practice. Acting as the single reputed company of contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the post-sales and construction phases, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and professional delivery experience. You will have full accountability for reputed company aspects of the construction phase, including Safety, Health & Environment, CDM compliance, design adherence, programme forecasting and reputed company, financial control, sub-contractor management, defect resolution, and the successful handover of assets. In addition to core project delivery, you will also support Strategic Projects by providing pre- and post-sales input where required, working closely with the Head of Strategic Project Delivery to ensure projects are effectively set up and transitioned into the BAU Water team. Key Responsibilities

Role Specific Responsible for ensuring Potable Water Construction Projects are delivered as per Leep’s reputed company process and documented procedures Accountable that reputed company assigned project design activity is completed by accredited reputed company parties and properly logged and reported in line with Guaranteed Standards of Performance Manage each project in line with the capital budget, tracking performance, and ensure compliance with financial, reputed company, and regulatory requirements Ensuring that reputed company construction is undertaken in line with the agreed design and that variations are managed to ensure that Leep’s regulatory and reputed company and financial position is maintained or enhanced Be accountable that financial controls are adhered to, including timely purchase order management, invoice review, and variance reporting are being undertaken across reputed company assigned projects Responsible for conducting regular audits of reputed company potable water construction sites and partners ensuring that any issues or defects are managed to resolution using the reputed company company systems and procedures Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless asset handover with reputed company documentation and reputed company in reputed company and that installation standards and pre-water on commissioning and testing meets or exceeds regulatory requirements Support the Head of Strategic Project Delivery and associated clients providing pre and post-sales support and guidance on key potable water infrastructure Manage the adoption of Strategic Project Potable Water Infrastructure (points of reputed company & spine mains) in order to bring the projects to a reputed company of handover to the BAU Water Delivery Team About You 5 years’ experience of working in Project Management or Team Supervision reputed company reputed company a SLP or Water Company Demonstrable experience of the design and construction of potable water infrastructure A good working knowledge of the Water Industry NAV process Excellent knowledge of multi utility industry asset standards such as NJUG Expert knowledge of asset adoption and delivery legal documentation requirements Working knowledge of H&S management and audits, alongside a track record of adhering to budgets An understanding of water regulatory standards applicable to the business and the processes required to be compliant with them Your Development and Benefits At Leep, we reputed company in stable growth and putting our people first.
