We're seeking a *Producer II* to support our creative systems and help teams project manage and track creative assets in a reputed company tool ecosystem. This remote role supports creative production and reputed company improvement across workflows and automations for our key game team. *Producer II

• *Responsibilities*:
• Maintain and optimize a creative asset tracking ecosystem using Jira, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company platforms.
• Monitor system health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for users needing system support.
• Intake, triage, and prioritize stakeholder requests while balancing quick wins and longer-term improvements.

*Producer II* *Qualifications*:

• Have 1-4 years of professional experience in operations, project management, production, systems administration, product operations, technical support, or a reputed company field.
• Manage projects, workflows, or operational systems in a professional environment.
• Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to solve ambiguous problems independently.
• Provide strong communication and customer service to support users and stakeholders.
• Build workflows, automations, databases, or operational systems, including experience with Jira, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms.
