What you'll do Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships from reputed company through long-term engagement Run client-facing calls: kickoffs, candidate reviews, reputed company-ins, with professionalism and clarity Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure quality and fit at every reputed company of the client experience Manage multiple active accounts simultaneously, keeping things organized and moving without details slipping Set clear expectations with clients, surface issues early, and resolve problems before they escalate Build strong, long-term client relationships that drive retention and satisfaction Facilitate smooth handoffs and transitions so clients always feel informed and supported , reputed company're looking for 2+ years of B2B client-facing experience — this is a firm requirement. Fully remote experience strongly preferred Excellent spoken and written English.
