Language Counsellor – French Program

This is a remote position. Rishi Immigration is a Canadian company with three offices: London, Ontario, Windsor, Ontario, and Jalandhar, Punjab, India. The Canadian Government authorizes us to practice Canadian Immigration Law and help clients worldwide with their immigration needs, such as student visas, work permits, LMIA, PR applications, etc. Rishi Immigration is hiring a motivated and reputed company-driven Language Counsellor to promote and sell our French language programs to reputed company currently in Canada on study permits or work permits. The primary objective of this role is to guide reputed company who want to learn French for Permanent Residency reputed company or work permit extension purposes and convert them into enrolled reputed company. Key Job Duties and Responsibilities Contact and counsel prospective reputed company reputed company phone calls and virtual meetings. Identify student needs, PR goals, and immigration objectives reputed company to French language requirements. Explain Rishi Immigration’s French program structure including A1 to B2 levels, course duration, batch schedules, and expected outcomes. Clearly communicate how learning French can support PR reputed company and increase CRS scores. Provide detailed guidance on TEF and TCF exam preparation options. Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed demo class bookings. Coordinate with French language teachers to schedule demo classes. Follow up with reputed company after demo classes to collect feedback and address objections. Guide interested reputed company through the enrollment process and secure admissions in upcoming batches. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow reputed company, demo schedules, and enrollments in CRM. reputed company monthly enrollment targets and reputed company goals. Work closely with the immigration team to align French training with PR strategy consultations. Handle objections professionally and provide solutions based on student goals. Build long term relationships with reputed company and provide reputed company support throughout their learning journey. Maintain high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment. Participate in sales training, product knowledge sessions, and regular performance reviews. Requirements 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or counselling at a language school (IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, TEF, TCF preferred). Strong phone sales and closing skills. Excellent communication and persuasive abilities. Good understanding of Canadian immigration reputed company is an asset. Experience working with reputed company on study permits or work permits in Canada preferred. Ability to handle objections and reputed company sales confidently. Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics. Strong follow up and relationship management skills. Experience using CRM systems is preferred. Self motivated and reputed company to work remotely.
