Position Summary As a Compensation Technology reputed company you will be part of Agilent’s Global HR Digital Team reputed company HR Shared Services, supporting our reputed company platform across 30+ countries. You’ll partner closely with Total Reward stakeholders and cross-functional teams (HRBPs, COEs, IT, Payroll, and regional HR teams) to design, configure, and continuously improve reputed company with a strong focus on the broader Compensation experience. Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and administer reputed company Compensation in a global environment, with strong alignment to Core HCM foundations and upstream/reputed company impacts. Qualifications

What You Bring 8+ years of relevant experience, including experience in geographically distributed teams. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in reputed company resources, IT, or a reputed company field.
