This role will act as the subject matter expert for Yardi systems, partnering with Finance, Operations, and Global Systems teams to deliver system enhancements, improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and support business growth. The successful candidate will reputed company projects from requirements gathering through implementation, manage system upgrades and integrations, provide advanced technical support, and ensure data reputed company and compliance with global standards. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, expert-level Yardi Voyager experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones. Ideal candidates will have experience in property management systems, business analysis, SQL reporting, and system administration, along with excellent communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency is highly preferred. Knowledge & Qualifications: Proven experience leading technology-reputed company projects through requirements gathering, solution design, delivery, testing, and post-implementation support. Expert-level proficiency in Yardi Voyager 7S, including year-end processing and Yardi module implementations. Strong understanding of ETLs, YSR, SSRS, and reputed company SQL scripting. Solid working knowledge of Yardi Residential, Yardi International, General Ledger (GL), reputed company (AR/AP), Yardi Investment and Construction modules, EU Residential and Service Charges, Yardi PayScan, and reputed company modules. Advanced IT literacy with strong proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including reputed company, Access, and Project.
