Compensation

Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Management, Marketing, Sales, or a reputed company field. 7–10+ years of reputed company sales experience, including leadership roles. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong experience in sales planning, forecasting, and team leadership. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
